Using the correct contract address ensures:

Protection against fraud, by helping you distinguish between official and malicious addresses.

6. What if I accidentally send USDT to the wrong address?

Unfortunately, if USDT is sent to an incorrect address, it is extremely difficult or impossible to recover. Please double-check the address carefully before confirming your deposit.

7. How long does it usually take for a deposit to be credited?

Deposit processing times depend on the blockchain network’s congestion and confirmation speed. Generally, your deposit will be reflected in your account once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

8. How can I confirm if my deposit was successful? Where can I view my deposit history?

Once a deposit is successfully credited, your account balance will be updated accordingly.
You can also check your deposit records in your wallet’s transaction history, which shows the time, amount, and status of each deposit.

9. What should I do if my deposit doesn’t show up in my account?

If your transaction is marked as “Successful” on the blockchain but not reflected in your wallet:

For BSC, check the status on bscscan.com.
For TRON, check on tronscan.org.

Then, contact our Support Team with your transaction hash for further assistance.

10. Are there any restrictions on wallets or payment methods?

There are no restrictions on the wallet platforms you can use. However, only BSC and TRON networks are currently supported for deposits. Make sure to use wallets that support these networks.

11. Can I cancel or reverse a deposit?

No, deposits cannot be canceled or reversed once completed.

However, you may withdraw the balance at any time. Please note that:

No withdrawal fees are charged.
A minimum of 10 USDT is required for withdrawal.
