Dividend/Rewards Payouts are typically issued in USDT to your USDT wallet, and you can withdraw your payouts at any time.
2. Can I receive payouts in a different cryptocurrency?
No, all payouts are currently issued in USDT only. Please ensure that your receiving wallet supports USDT.
3. Where can I view my payout history?
To view your payout history, access the detailed page of your USDT Wallet within your account for deposits and withdrawals.
For records of dividends or rewards payouts, please navigate to the ‘Report’ section in your Client Portal.
4. When will I receive my dividend/rewards payout?
The Projected Dividend Payout for a successful round is issued at the conclusion of the next successful round.
For example:
- If you participated in Round 1 and it was successful, you will have the option to 'Unstake' your dividends after Round 2 is successful and 1 hour before the start of Round 3.
- The Unstaked Dividend Payout will be credited two rounds after the 'Unstake' action. For instance, if you 'Unstake' your dividends in Round 2, the payout will be credited to your available balance in Round 4.
- For reward-based payouts, rewards are credited three rounds after meeting the eligibility criteria. For example, if you qualify in Round 1, the reward will be credited in Round 4.
5. How is the payout amount calculated?
The dividend payout amount will be based on the percentage (usually 15%, unless stated otherwise) specified for the round you have participated in or are about to participate in.
