1. Why can’t I join a round?
There are several reasons why you might not be able to join a round, including:
1. The round target has already been achieved.
2. Network issues are preventing you from joining. Please try refreshing your browser.
3. You have reached the maximum contribution limit for the round and cannot make a second contribution.
Please check the round details and try again. If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to contact the Support Team for further assistance.
2. Why are there no active or upcoming rounds to join?
We understand it can be frustrating when there are no active or upcoming rounds to join. However, having too many rounds open at once can increase the chances of failure. Please be patient and check back later for new rounds.
3. What is the maximum contribution limit and why is it in place?
Some players with higher capabilities may be able to complete the round target alone. However, to maintain fair gameplay for all participants, a Max Contribution Limit is in place. If you wish to contribute further, please wait for the next available round.
4. Is there a minimum contribution required to join a round?
Yes, each round requires a minimum contribution amount to prevent spamming of small contributions. This ensures smooth gameplay and fair participation for all. Please ensure you meet the minimum contribution to join the round.
5. Why was I placed in a queue but not confirmed in the round?
To give everyone a chance to participate, sometimes you may be placed in a queue but not confirmed due to limited spots or high demand. The system prioritizes players based on first-come-first-served or other criteria. Please be patient and try again when new rounds are available.
6. Can I make multiple contributions in the same round?
You can make as many additional contributions as you wish in any round, as long as the Max Contribution Limit has not been reached. Please note that all contributions are locked in once submitted.
7. Are my contributions locked once entered?
Yes, all contributions will be locked once entered, so please consider your decision carefully before contributing. This feature adds excitement and challenge to the game.
8. What if my contribution is missing from the round?
If your contribution is missing, please verify your transaction history to check where the contribution went. If your wallet has been deducted but there is no record, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
9. What does it mean when a round is successful?
A round is considered successful when the total round target is met. Once successful, all participants receive projected or earned dividends based on the percentage stated in the round specifications (usually 15%, unless otherwise stated), depending on which round their contributions or compound pool were entered into.
10. What happens if a round fails?
If a round fails, the following may occur:
-
Any dividends earned during the Risk Period will be voided.
-
Contributions and dividends earned outside the Risk Period will incur a 30% loss.
-
Contributions protected by the InfineX Shield will be exempt from this 30% deduction.
Note: The Risk Period refers to the rounds leading up to the current one. See the next question for more details.
11. What is the Risk Period?
The last three rounds leading up to the current round are considered Risk Periods. Dividends earned during this time carry a higher risk and may be voided if the round fails.
12. What is the InfineX Shield and how does it protect my contributions?
The InfineX Shield is a safety feature that protects your contributions from the 30% loss incurred during a round failure. If your contributions are covered by the InfineX Shield, they will be exempt from this deduction, helping you minimize losses and better safeguard your contributions.
13. What are safety nets like the InfineX Comeback Pass?
If you experience a round failure and take the 30% loss, the InfineX Comeback Pass ensures you’re given priority placement in the next campaign. As lower rounds tend to have lower targets, this feature increases your chances of success and helps you recover faster, giving you a second chance to reach your goals.
14. What is the Unstake option and when can I use it?
After a successful round, you can select the Unstake option to prevent your dividends from compounding into the next round. This allows you to withdraw your dividends after the success of two rounds. You can unstake all your dividends at once, at any time after a successful round and up to one hour before the next round starts.
15. What if I miss the unstake window?
If you miss the unstake window, you'll have to wait until the current round completes. Unfortunately, no action can be taken for this round. You can unstake all your dividends after the round’s success and up to one hour before the next round begins.
16. What happens if I experienced a round failure and the Unstake option is missing?
If you experienced a round failure in the previous round, any dividends earned during the Risk Period will be voided, while contributions and dividends earned outside the Risk Period will incur a 30% loss. The remaining amount after deductions is automatically reprocessed as a new contribution in the next campaign and round. Therefore, the Unstake option will not be available as your funds have already been re-entered.
If you did not experience a round failure and the Unstake option is missing, this may be due to a technical glitch or temporary display issue. Please try refreshing the page or revisiting shortly. If the issue persists, please contact the Support Team for assistance.
17. What is the Compound option and how does it work?
The Compound option allows you to automatically add your dividends to your contribution, increasing your potential returns in the next round. This feature is enabled by default, so no action is required if you wish to compound.
18. What is the Compound Pool?
The Compound Pool includes both your dividends and contributions. The dividend percentage is calculated based on the total amount in your Compound Pool, or based on your contributions if no dividends are present.
19. Where can I view the round’s target and progress?
You can easily view and track the round's target in the Round Detail section, keeping you informed and on track throughout the round.
20. What should I do if rounds are not loading properly?
If rounds are not loading, it may be due to network issues or improper page loading. Please check your internet connection and refresh the page. If the problem persists, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
21. Can I change my selected region after account creation?
Once you select a region during account creation, your region will be locked. To join another region, you will need to create a new account. However, new International Rounds will be available in the future, allowing players from different regions to participate together.
