[User Guide - Desktop] Leave a Support Ticket/Message

If you're experiencing issues and would like to contact live support, but live support is currently unavailable, or if you do not have the time to stay online for a chat, you can easily get in touch with the support team by submitting a support ticket. Follow these simple steps to submit your ticket and ensure your issue is addressed as soon as possible:

Step 1

  • After logging in to your account, click your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen, as shown in the red highlighted box.


Step 2

  • Click the “Support” button, as shown in the red highlighted box.


Step 3

  • Click the “LiveChat” button, as shown in the red highlighted box.


Step 4

  • Click the “Chat Now” button, as shown in the red highlighted box.


Step 5

  • Click the "Leave a Message" button or type "Leave a Message" in the chat field, as shown in the red highlighted box, to contact live support.


Step 6

  • You will receive a prompt asking you to describe the issues you've encountered or are experiencing by leaving a message below. Once that happens, provide a detailed description of your issues or questions in the chat field, as shown in the red highlighted box, and click send.


Step 7

  • Once you have sent the message, the bot will notify you that the support ticket has been created. At this point, please be patient while our support team reaches out to resolve the matter. In the meantime, you can choose to close the chat or browse the available topics in the chatbot.
