[User Guide - Mobile] Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry. Follow these simple steps to reset it and regain access to your account:

Step 1 Go to InfineX Game Player Login Portal  https://play.infinexgame.com Click the "Forgot Password" button, as shown in the red highlighted box, to begin.
Step 2 In the Player ID/Username field, enter your Player ID or Username, as shown in the red highlighted box. Click “Next”, as indicated by the red mouse pointer, to proceed.
Step 3 Enter the verification code sent to your email, as shown in the red highlighted box. Then click “Next”, as indicated by the red mouse pointer, to continue.
Step 4 In the Password field, enter the new password you wish to set, as shown in the red highlighted box. Click “Submit”, as indicated by the red mouse pointer, to complete the password reset process.
